It’s never been this easy to check HDMI cables. The HDMI TESTER is designed to test the connections between the pins of your HDMI cables. It detects the pin-out and provides detailed information on whether the cables are damaged or in good condition. Display results using pin-to-pin connections and verify their status – whether they’re good, open, shorted, or if any pins are missing a connection. The cables connect to the tester, and the LEDs provide detailed information about which pins fail and why. Operation: 1- Turn on the tester (make sure it has batteries, as they are not included). 2- Connect both ends of the HDMI cable to the tester. 3- Press the Test button. 3.1 If the cable is in good condition, the top right LED will light up green (The cable is good). 3.2 If the cable is faulty, the top right LED will light up red, and one of the other LEDs on top will indicate the reason for the malfunction. 3.2.2 If the red LEDs are illuminated, press the TEST button again, and the tester will illuminate the numbers indicating which pins fail.
